This new location will house our new Corporate Offices for 

American Chemical Technologies which continues to be the parent

company and oversee the new Rolling Oil Division and our ongoing Conveyor Belt Division.

Call for an Emergency Change Out of a 30" x 1000 ft. belt at a Steel Mill BOF - starts with loading a roll from Inventory.

Next we position the roll on site for the Crane to load the unwind stand.

 Having a Great Millwright Crew ( AMS - NW Indiana ) is critical - and these guys are the best!

The new belt will be raised by winch to the access door on the back of the tail end of the existing system, then they will cut and attach the new belt to the old belt with mechanical clips. The old belt will be pulled down to the winder, and the process of winding up the old belt as it pulls on the new belt begins.

After the adjustments are made for elongation calculation on the Take Up, the system will then be vulcanized  in place.

All in a couple shifts!
